Local Pickup - Victoria BC
Free pickup in Victoria is available at select times. Scheduled times will be posted here after a shop update, otherwise it will be by appointment only.

Shipping - General
Shipping to Canada and USA only. If you reside in another country and wish to make an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders will be processed and shipped within one week to limit number of trips to the post office.
Shipping - Canada
Free shipping for jewelry by lettermail to Canada, without tracking.
All other pieces are shipped through Canada Post. Fees are based on size and weight and calculated by the carrier. Any overages will be refunded.
Holiday orders to Canada will be shipped by Dec 13 and should arrive by christmas according to the Canada Post holiday sending schedule. Arrival by that date is not guaranteed.
Shipping - United States
Orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post with tracking.
Fees are based on size and weight and calculated by the carrier. Any overages will be refunded.
US orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Léïa-Fahé Studio nor are they set by Léïa-Fahé Studio rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
All sales are final.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please email email@example.com with a photograph of the damage, and your item will be replaced. If an item cannot be replaced, it will be refunded.
Custom Orders - Earrings
If you see a style you like but not the colour combo you want, let me know through the contact form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Send me a description of the style name and colours, I may have the correct pieces in stock and just need to assemble them.
So you lost one of your fave earrings? That sucks. I cannot guarantee I have it in stock, but you never know! Email email@example.com with a photo of the earring you need and I will see what I can do.
Custom Orders - Cups, vases, planters, etc.
I am not currently accepting custom orders for cups, planters or bigger pieces.
